Call your previous school’s front office

Request a copy of the IEP be sent to Phoenix-Talent School District:

1. ORIENTATION

ORIENTATION VIDEO

This video must be viewed by both the prospective student and their advocate/guardian PRIOR to completion of enrollment forms.

Questions on the enrollment form will verify you've watched this important video.

2. Complete Application Form

Please submit this online form

Once your completed enrollment forms are submitted you will receive a follow up call from ACCS within one week to schedule your interview.  If you don't hear from us, please reach out by phone.

3. Interview

Next step, complete an intake interview with our awesome ACCS staff.

The interview is a time to make sure ACCS & you are the best fit. We want to hear what wasn't working so we can create the best environment together.

Please bring an unofficial transcript, $50 annual student fee, and any documentation of an IEP or 504, if applicable, to your interview.

4. INTAKE

Intake begins the day a student completes their interview and ends when they have completed all intake work, demonstrated their ability to attend school regularly, and have shown that they are capable of being safe and appropriate at school.

The average student completes intake in 2 days while on campus. This process allows staff to get to know each students, identify strengths and areas of growth, ensuring a successful academic experience.
